The majority of Disney princesses have long hair. The most common hair color is black, the most common face shape, diamond. As for the eyes, it's a three-way tie between blue, black and brown. Rapunzel pulls double duty here, having long blonde hair during most of Tangled, and short brown hair towards the end.
