Chocolate Icing Recipe

Ingredients:
1/3 cup margarine
3 tbs cocoa
2 cups powdered sugar
2 tbs milk
1/4 tsp vanilla

Instructions:
Mix margarine, cocoa and powdered sugar. Beat in milk. Add vanilla.
