Shortbread Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lb. softened butter, less one slice
1 cup icing sugar
1 cup corn starch
2 cups flour


Instructions:
Mix all ingredients with pastry blender.
Spread in 2 pans (8x10).
Bake in oven at 350 for half an hour to 3/4 of an hour.
Cut when still warm.
Cool and serve.
