Add a sweet, romantic Disney touch to your Valentine's Day cupcakes with these cute cupcake toppers featuring Winnie the Pooh, Piglet, Mickey and Minnie Mouse and other Disney characters!

Instructions
- Print out the sheet above on cardstock paper or heavy white paper.
- Cut out the toppers using scissors. (Have an adult do the cutting.)
- Glue or tape the back of each topper to about 1/3 of a toothpick, a lollipop stick or a popsicle stick, making sure that the topper is nice and straight and right-side-up. If you like, you can glue a second topper to the back of the first, smoothing them together in place.
- Once the glue has dried completely, the toppers are ready to be placed into your frosted cupcakes!
