Instructions
- Print out the sheet above on heavy paper (such as cardstock paper).
- Cut out each wrapper using scissors. (Have an adult do the cutting.)
- Wrap closely around frosted cupcake, making any desired adjustment to the length of the wrapper by cutting from the ends.
- Secure the ends with double-sided tape.
