Puff
A short sleeve gathered at the shoulders and cuff.
Butterfly
A wide sleeve that flares towards the hem.
Juliet
Long, tight sleeve with a puff at the shoulder.
Bell
A long sleeve that flares towards the bottom.
Cap
A very short sleeve that tapers under the arm.
Flounce
Sleeve with a wide ruffle around the hem.
