Official Synopsis

Inside Out 2 returns to the mind of newly minted teenager Riley just as headquarters is undergoing a sudden demolition to make room for something entirely unexpected: new Emotions! Joy, Sadness, Anger, Fear and Disgust, who've long been running a successful operation by all accounts, aren't sure how to feel when Anxiety shows up. And it looks like she's not alone.

The New Emotions in Inside Out 2

When the "Puberty Alarm" sounds inside Riley's head, a construction crew barges in and demolishes Headquarters, making room for 4 new Emotions eager to make a good first impression: Anxiety, Envy, Ennui and Embarrassment.

Anxiety is the leader of the new gang. She's a frazzled-looking orange Emotion with a spray of bright orange hair. She's an expert at predicting everything that could go wrong in Riley's future.

Envy is a cute teal Emotion with great big eyes. She helps Riley aim high and improve herself and her life.

Ennui (or "the boredom") is an indigo Emotion with a French accent. She keeps Riley's enthusiasm under control.

Embarrassment is a big pink Emotion who wears a grey hoodie. He keeps Riley humble.

Nostalgia (who arrives shortly after the others) is a sweet elderly lady with curly white hair. She wears a dress with a shawl and glasses with rose-colored lenses. Although one of the oldest emotions in Riley's head, it will be another ten years, two graduations and a best friend's wedding before she's needed, according to Anxiety.
